Bird flu at Cardiff's Roath Park prompts 'don't feed' alert

People are being advised to avoid touching or feeding birds at a city park after several have died with suspected bird flu.

Many people who like to ทดลองเล่นสล็อต or online casinos know that, right?

A dead goose has tested positive for avian flu and a further six carcasses found at Cardiff's Roath Park lake were believed to have the same strain.

Cardiff Council said bird flu is common in the winter.

The H5N1 strain has been found elsewhere in Wales, with restrictions imposed near some commercial sites.

"The risk to public health is very low but as a precautionary measure the council is asking all members of the public not to hand-feed birds at any of its parks or country parks," the council said.

Last month, a swan found dead at Knap Lake in Barry had tested positive for avian flu and more than a dozen other carcasses were reported, it said.

Compulsory Covid jabs for care home staff scrapped

Regulations requiring care workers to be vaccinated against Covid are being lifted from 15 March in England.

A game with an RTP SLOTXO value, which is a life in which it is worth playing. It's easy to make money.

The government says things have changed since the policy was made in preparation for a tough autumn and winter.

It says the UK population now has lots of immunity to the virus thanks to vaccines.

And many people have recently caught and recovered from the Omicron variant, which has been less severe than Delta.

There will be outrage from those who say they had to leave their job when the policy began, meaning anyone working in a Care Quality Commission-registered care home in England had to have two vaccine doses by a November deadline, unless they were medically exempt.

In January 2022, the government confirmed its intention to revoke vaccination as a condition of employment for other front-line NHS workers in England.

The government said in a statement; "With the population better protected and lower levels of hospitalisations and mortality, it was right to revisit the balance of risks and benefits that had guided the government's original decisions."

The vast majority of NHS, social care and other healthcare staff have been double-jabbed. Vaccination helps protect them and the patients they treat from catching and getting very ill with Covid.

The government has been under pressure from some within the health service to scrap the mandate, arguing that it would lead to a staffing crisis.

Yandex warns Russian users of unreliable information online after Moscow threatens media

Russian tech giant Yandex has started warning Russian users looking for news about Ukraine on its search engine of unreliable information on the internet, after Moscow threatened Russian media over what they publish.

You place 10 bets per line with a total of 25 lines, สล็อต เล่น ฟรี your bet per round is 10×25 = 250 (but some games may be calculated in total). We can determine the bet amount per line as you like by pressing the + (plus) or – (minus) buttons, and the number of Line will be displayed on the side.

Authorities on Thursday threatened to block media reports that contain what Moscow described as "false information" regarding its military operation in Ukraine, an offensive that has seen Ukrainian forces battle Russian invaders on three sides and missiles pound the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.

"Some material on the internet may contain inaccurate information. Please be attentive," read a message under the Yandex search bar when looking for the latest news about Ukraine. The message was only displayed to users searching in Russian.

Yandex said the banner message automatically appears on search queries for which there is an abnormal spike in growth or rapid updates in the news.

"The banner is not linked to any demands," Yandex said.

The company said the banner had first appeared on Thursday evening.

Earlier on Thursday, Russia's state communications regulator Roskomnadzor said the amount of unverified and unreliable information appearing online had increased significantly, and reminded editors that they must establish whether information is truthful before it is published.

She starred in both Squid Game and All Of Us Are Dead – what’s next for Lee Yoo-mi?

It’s been a pretty exciting time for Korean actress Lee Yoo-mi, who landed supporting roles in two of the biggest Korean dramas on Netflix globally.

When entering สมัครสมาชิกสล็อต betting sites, there are many games to choose from, and new games are developed to meet your needs.

The 27-year-old played Ji-Yeong (aka Player 240) in Squid Game – where she got offed playing marbles in one of the more emotional moments in the series – and in the teen zombie show All Of Us Are Dead, she played the selfish Nayeon, where she also gets killed off.

Incidentally, Lee filmed both shows at the same time, which meant juggling a few things.

For one, having to switch between playing two characters with entirely polarising personalities was a challenge, Lee said in an interview with South Korean newspaper Hankook Ilbo, as reported by Soompi.

“When I was filming All Of Us Are Dead, I intentionally tried to fill up my acting (with intensity and emotion), and when I was filming Squid Game, I emptied myself before acting,” she recalled.

She also added that because both dramas were filmed outside of Seoul, it was a struggle having to commute back and forth constantly.

Her two roles seem to have paid off, with her Instagram followers having shot up to 7.9 million since Squid Game was aired. But with all the attention comes the scrutiny, of course. And while people sympathised with Ji-Yeong, her character Nayeon has a villainous side to her – which means she does get hate comments.

Manx firms raise concerns over end to business support

The newly-announced 2022-23 budget for the Isle of Man is "unadventurous" but "financially prudent", the island's chamber of commerce has said.

For xo wallet game pros, slots, or pro players, professional players tend to have tricks to play. Slots in their own way.

Treasury Minister David Ashford outlined £1.15bn of government spending for the next financial year on Tuesday.

He said Manx businesses would need to plan to operate without further Covid-19 support in the coming year.

The chamber said that statement was concerning as it would leave firms "facing a very difficult situation".

Many firms have been hit financially by the island's coronavirus restrictions and border closure over the past two years.

'Important issues'
Mr Ashford said while government support had been provided, initially in the form of salary support and latterly through grants, payments would come to an end.

He told Tynwald that, "except for in the event of emergencies, businesses now need to plan to operate without further support".

"I am confident that the schemes have been largely successful in achieving their aims and the economy is in good health and ready and able to grow into the future," he added.

A chamber spokesman said the hospitality and tourism sectors were "facing a very difficult situation if... government does not support businesses in those sectors as they recover from the impact of the pandemic".

He said while there were "positives" in the financial plan of the forthcoming year, there were "important issues" that the island's business community "would like to have seen addressed".

Ministry of Justice's Leeds move brings new jobs to city

New jobs are to be created in Leeds as part of plans by the Ministry of Justice to move more of its roles outside London and the South East.

Video poker is very popular, เกมยิงปลา and anyone who enjoys it is always waiting for that card to perform a straight flush. Although the frequency of pressing jackpot buttons varies, there are benchmarks you can use when playing video poker.

The city will be home to one of eight new regional justice collaboration centres sited across the country.

Staff will work in a range of finance, digital and human resource roles, the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) said.

Around 2,000 jobs will be created across all centres, though the MoJ has not yet said how many will be in Leeds.

Almost 70% of the MoJ's workforce is currently based outside London and the South East, with the new move expected to bring the total amount outside the capital up to 22,000 by 2030.

The government said it was part of wider plans to move more civil service roles into the regions as part of its levelling-up agenda.

The new justice collaboration centres are described as "larger office spaces with a mix of traditional workstations and shared spaces, meeting and training rooms".

The other centres will be in Liverpool, Nottingham, South Tyneside, Cardiff and Brighton.

According to the plans, staff will also be based at smaller new regional justice satellite offices, including desk spaces in pre-existing buildings like courts.

Complaints against renovation contractors jump almost 50% in 2021

The number of consumer complaints against renovation contractors jumped by almost 50 per cent in 2021, with nearly half of them about unsatisfactory workmanship or contractors failing to complete projects on schedule.

This comes as the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) released consumer complaints data for 2021 on Monday (Jan 31). A total of 15,515 complaints were logged last year, down 15.3 per cent from the 18,335 complaints in 2020, said CASE.

"The decrease is largely attributed to a significant drop in the number of complaints against the travel and medical and medical consumables industries," said CASE.

Of the 15,515 complaints, CASE advised 86.7 per cent of the consumers how to resolve their disputes with the businesses. It also helped 13.3 per cent of the consumers negotiate and mediate their disputes with businesses.

In all, CASE said that 64.7 per cent of those cases were resolved, with S$2 million - in-cash and in-kind - recovered for consumers.

The association said the composition of consumer complaints it received in 2021 has returned to pre-2020 levels, an "early sign" that consumer purchasing behaviour and habits in Singapore have stabilised to pre-pandemic levels.

INCREASE IN RENOVATION CONTRACTOR COMPLAINTS
CASE received 1,300 complaints against home renovation contractors in 2021, up almost 50 per cent from the 869 complaints in 2020.

"Close to half of the complaints against the industry were about renovation contractors failing to complete projects on schedule and unsatisfactory workmanship," said the association.

The increase in complaints was attributed to the prolonged shortage in manpower and raw materials arising from continued border restrictions due to COVID-19, pent-up demand in the residential property market, as well as a corresponding demand for home renovation last year.

SHARP INCREASE IN PREPAYMENT LOSSES
CASE also said that consumers who prepaid for items or services such as beauty and bridal packages took a greater hit last year.

Consumers suffered more than S$520,000 in prepayment losses last year, a sharp increase from the S$190,000 reported in the previous year.

The beauty and bridal industries saw the greatest amount of prepayment losses in 2021. Consumers who made prepayments for beauty and bridal packages were unable to get a refund of their money due to business insolvency.

“Prepayment protection is an area of deep concern for CASE," said Mr Yong.

To better protect consumers against "hefty financial losses" due to company closures, Mr Yong said CASE has called on the Government to consider mandating prepayment protection in industries that collect large sums of prepayment.

Ceredigion leisure centres to reopen for first time

Leisure centres are to reopen in Ceredigion for the first time since the start of the Covid pandemic.

สล็อตxo we can't do. We need to see if the cabinet is elected. Press play at least 1 credit first to see if this free game is closed about 50 times.

The council has kept them closed to prevent a rise in cases, despite being open everywhere else in Wales since last May.

Facilities will reopen on 31 January, though with reduced capacity and only for pre-bookings.

The council said it looked forward to welcoming people back to the sports centres after a "challenging" time.

The extended closure had been criticised by parents who feared children were missing out and being denied survival skills.

Leisure centres in Cardigan and Plascrug in Aberystwyth, which have since undergone maintenance work, had been used as a field hospital and mass vaccination centre.

Council-run facilities in Aberaeron, Lampeter and Penglais, Aberystwyth, will also reopen.

The council said people using the centre must "remain vigilant" and some contact sports would still be restricted indoors.

German navy chief resigns over Ukraine comments

The head of the German navy has resigned over controversial comments he made over Ukraine.

In fact, the Sians are not recommended to continue playing SLOTXO games where the jackpot has broken, but if players want to continue, it is not forbidden.

Kay-Achim Schönbach said the idea that Russia wanted to invade Ukraine was nonsense. He added that all President Vladimir Putin wanted was respect.

A number of countries have supplied weapons to Ukraine, including the US and UK. But Germany has refused Ukraine's request for ammunition.

Russia has denied claims that it is planning to invade Ukraine.

But President Putin has issued demands to the West which he says concern Russia's security, including that Ukraine be stopped from joining the military defence alliance Nato.

He also wants Nato to abandon military exercises and stop sending weapons to eastern Europe, seeing this as a direct threat to Russia's security.

Meanwhile, the UK has accused Mr Putin of plotting to install a pro-Moscow figure to lead Ukraine's government.

Mr Schönbach said on Saturday that he had resigned from his role "with immediate effect" in order to "avert further damage".

He made the controversial comments while speaking at a think-tank discussion in India on Friday and the video was later published to social media.

In the video, Mr Schönbach said Mr Putin needed to be treated as an equal by the West.

"It is easy to give him the respect he really demands - and also probably deserves," he said.

He added that the Crimean peninsula, which Russia annexed in 2014, "is gone and will never come back".

Ukraine's foreign ministry described Mr Schönbach's comments as "categorically unacceptable".

The head of Nato has warned there is a real risk of a fresh conflict in Europe after an estimated 100,000 Russian troops amassed on the border.

Some 170 tonnes of US "lethal aid" arrived in Ukraine on Saturday and Sunday, and the UK announced earlier this week that it was sending defence weapons and extra troops for training. Several other Nato members are sending military equipment or deploying forces.

Taiwan Vice President Lai to attend new Honduran president Castro's inauguration

Taiwan will send Vice President William Lai to the inauguration of new Honduran president Xiomara Castro, Taiwan's presidential office said on Wednesday (Jan 18).

You can download แจก ทุน ให้ เล่น ก่อน simply by scan QR Code with your mobile or tablet.

Taiwan's government has said it would work with Castro to deepen relations on the basis of their longstanding friendship with the country, although Castro has floated the idea of ditching Taipei for Beijing.

Castro is the first female leader of the Central American country, one of only 14 nations with formal diplomatic ties with Taiwan.

China views democratically ruled Taiwan as one of its provinces with no right to the trappings of a state, a view Taiwan's government strongly disputes.

Taiwan last week cut to zero tariffs on 25 goods imported from Honduras under a free-trade agreement, offering an incentive ahead of Castro's inauguration on Jan 27.

China's 2021 oil refinery output rises 4.3% to record on strong fuel demand

China's refinery output hit a record in 2021, up 4.3 per cent from 2020, on robust first-half fuel demand in particular and as refiners ramped up processing to fill a supply gap after a hefty new tax closed loopholes in blending fuel imports.

Although your bet amount SLOTXO is the same in both cases, the results can vary greatly.

Total refinery throughput last year reached 703.55 million tonnes, or 14.07 million barrels per day (bpd), data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed on Monday, roughly 620,000 bpd above the 2020 level.

December output was 58.73 million tonnes, or about 13.83 million bpd, down 2.1 per cent on year, reversing a brief rebound in November when state refiners raised processing to plug a short-lived diesel supply crunch.

"With the product market flipping into surplus, state-owned refiners cut runs while independents' runs continued to trend lower in December," said Shi Fenglei, an analyst with IHS Markit.

Output surged nearly 11 per cent on the year in the first half of 2021, as a rebound in car sales bolstered gasoline use and booming domestic air travel lifted aviation fuel consumption.

A hefty tax slapped on importing blending fuels like light cycle oil and bitumen mixture allowed dominant state refiners to recoup lost market share, previously eroded by cheap blending stocks.

Production, however, declined in the third quarter amid a resurgence in coronavirus cases and as a drastic cut in fuel export quotas hurt plant operations.

The faster growth in last year's throughput versus 2020's 410,000 bpd increase came as Beijing worked to curb processing at smaller independent refiners, in oil hub Shandong in particular, indicating a shift in production increases at larger state refiners.

Monday's data also showed China's crude oil output gained 2.4 per cent on year to 199 million tonnes, or 3.98 million bpd, as the industry strived to sustain a 4 million bpd mark by developing more challenging terrains to make up for depleting mature fields.
